Jake Sladick

Jake Sladick is the Director of Construction at Riddle Construction. Born and raised in Keizer, Oregon, Jake still calls the area home, where he, his wife, and daughter enjoy being actively involved in their church and spending quality time with family. Jake’s passion for construction began at an early age under the influence of his father, who has spent his entire career in the industry. That lifelong exposure instilled in Jake a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the satisfaction that comes from building things the right way.

After graduating, Jake began working full-time in construction and has now been with Riddle Construction for nearly eight years. He enjoys both the remodel and custom home sides of the business. From transforming older, outdated homes into refreshed living spaces to bringing imaginative architectural plans to life through thoughtfully executed custom homes, Jake finds the process equally challenging and rewarding.
