PLANS & SELECTIONS

With our full team in place, we develop an integrated building strategy based on the architectural concept, construction requirements, and interior selections.

PHASE 3

BUDGET

Using the integrated building strategy, we create a detailed,line-by-line budget that defines the total project costs and scope.

PHASE 4

PERMITS

We assist in the submittal of the permits to local municipalities for review and approval.

Phase 5

CONSTRUCTION

With permits approved, construction begins to make your vision a reality.
