Becky Fairbank

Becky Fairbank was born in Salem, Oregon and moved to McMinnville during grade school, where she has deep roots in the community. After graduating from high school, she attended Oregon State University and earned a degree in Business Management. Becky went on to build a successful career in the corporate world, working with nationally recognized companies including Federated, Sara Lee Corporation, and Nike.

After years in the corporate sector, Becky and her husband of 28 years, John, returned to McMinnville to raise their two children, McCall (20) and Jacob (18). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and relaxing at their family home in Pacific City.

Becky joined Riddle Construction in 2015, when the company consisted of just three people—Mike Riddle, Becky, and one site superintendent. Today, as Director of Administrative Operations, she oversees all aspects of the business that support construction operations, including administrative systems, internal processes, and organizational management. Since her arrival, the Riddle Construction team has grown to 16 employees and continues to evolve as one of Oregon’s premier luxury home builders.
